Sound Proof Containers
As NPOWER, we produce diesel or gas generator sound and weather insulation containers with high tech specifications in ISO standard sizes or in special designs according to your special needs for all type of projects.
At the same time depending on the power of diesel or gas generator, we can make acoustic louver and sound dampening cabin applications for air outlet and inlet. Also, we use critical type silencers in container type sound insulation containers.
Beside top-notch volume insulation, the biggest advantage of our NPOWER diesel or gas generator sound insulation containers is their design that makes it possible to get service for the diesel generator within the containers.

Sound Proof Containers Features
- The base frame will be made of 2/3 torn sheet metal on NPU profile.
- Cabin side (wall) sheets will be 1.5 mm dkp trapezoidal sheet and roof sheets will be 2 mm dkp trapezoidal sheet.
- Container will be insulated with galvanized perforated sheet on 5 cm rock wool.
- ISO type lifting handles are available on the container.
- There will be 1 emergency stop button on the container.
- There will be 1 container door and 1 door with panic bar.
- Paint application of the container will be epoxy primer and epoxy top coat paint.
- Color codes will be shared with the customer after ordering.
- There will be a ladder next to the container.
- Air inlet and air outlet will be standard shutters.
- Installation will be made with 16 plastic flame retardant plastic pipes on plaster.
- A fuse box will be placed next to the cable entry.
- TTR cables will be used as installation cables.
- Generator installation is excluded.
- Silencers, sound panels, fuel tanks are not covered.
- Compensators, elbows, nuts, washers, bolts are not covered.
- Seismic or standard isolators are not included.
